MY Dad won yesterdays open with 130lb plus. 17 carp on small PVA bags and hair rigged meat. There were a couple of other ton plus weights with the seventy's being the in form area.

Does wetting down the pellets cause any problems with the PVA bags breaking down. The reason i ask is becausei have considered using them on our local canal in the summer to get casters though the small fish.

To put casters in a PVA bag they would have to be fairly dry if im honest, as if they were wet then the bag would disolve.
