im looking for a feeder rod for bream at distance. going to be used places like coombe and ireland mainly with braid. anyone got any recommendations in the 100 /125 quid price range. cheers

if you can afford to go up market alot more
try the preston dutch master feeder rod

what price are the prestons. still interested in the garbolino maybe the mavers. is it just me or are all rods based on the carp lake scene nowadays

I've got the Garbalino distance feeder it's great up to about 80 yards ( a real 80 yards not 80 turns of a reel which is almost allways a lot less). The tips with the rod are a bit micky mouse for distance work only one, the 1oz, is any good but the rod is soft enough for bream at that distance.

If you want to go further then the Preston Dutch Master or there is an even more expensive Tricast rod. All need to be coupled with a reel with a spool diameter about that of a 6000 bait runner.
