I have just downloaded a monthy mag and when i load it up it asks for a username and password but have not been given one,anybody know how i sort this.

Here is a couple of lines from the Instructions

THE SIMPLE STEPS TO SUBSCRIBING
1. Add the subscription level (specific single issue or 6 months) to the shopping basket and complete payment.
2. You will be emailed a link to download the Emag file(s) together with your personal Login Credentials (Username & Password).


You need to check your emails and find the details they require make sure you check the junk folder depending on your security settings it could have been binned
