It Depends what type of fishing you do...the poles you list are very old so spares may be a factor...generally go for the longest you can get...but i must say for £50 it limits your options a fair bit...better to save bit more cash around £100 will open up a load of superior choices for you

shame there are no spare tops, so at that choice i would try either of the 11 mtrs and get a couple of universal tops if you like pole fishing

Just remember that none of those poles will be fishable at 11m - They will be very heavy and very bendy at anything over 8m or possibly 9m if you are lucky.

There are lots of 6-8 metre margin poles on Ebay in your price range,Middy,Sensas etc,i personally would opt for one of those instead of trying to get 11 meteres of pole for £50.

They're the lines I was thinking along.

Here's a little food for thought - I don't fish pole that often and at the minute I've got an old Garbolino Analogy. RRP was around 700 quid but you can get them now for half of that. It's 13m as standard with an extension to take it to 14.5m if you're geoff capes and can hold it. Now bear in mind £350 to buy today - Wouldn't want to hold it too long a 13m never mind 14.5 and at that lenght it resembles a banana. At 10m it's light and stiff with a power kit in place and straight as a die. Anything over that and it gets heavy and banana like very quickly and this is a pole that costs 7 times more than your budget.

As maverboy has said there are some decent 8m poles out there for £50 like the Sensas one already mentioned. I know where my money would be going!!
