Default Big Bags On The float

hi guys, i was wondering of you could help me, i am really comfortable fishing the float. And i want to use it in matches. I have found i never catch as many with the float than the pole due to casting accuratly and bait presentation.

Can you guys please give me some advice on this? Thanks

just practice pole fishing and you will get better at it than waggler fishing and the results will be better no doubt.

plumb up correctly, use a waggler a little bigger than you need to reach the distance required, use small droppers,8's,10's,to dot your float down, make sure you use suitable reel line filled to the lip of the spool, cast further than you intend to feed, then feed and draw your float into your feed sinking the line at the same time.
while fishing the pole, always feed your waggler line then when it slows down on the pole give it a rest and have a chuck on the waggler, you would be surprised how sometimes the fish are queing up and you catch more on the float than the pole.

Pick Venues which are not just about the pole. Use a far bank marker when casting and practise, practise and practise more. This time of year the waggler can be so deadly fishing just a few feet deep - over cast so you dont spook the fish and keep a tight line and watch them hook themselves.
