Default 18 dead roach in posession

last week myself and two court appointed waterkeepers caught a brazillian man with a bag of quality size roach in his posession, seven survived however 18 had died. Needless to say all his equipment was seized and stern warnings given. This has been an ongoing matter here in Co.Carlow/Ireland for a long time now however we are getting a balance now and should erradicate this problem very soon as we have had several successes over the past few months, check Gerry Mc <gerryriverman>

Trouble is he'll end up here and kill our fish, learn him to swim with a concrete block around his neck, only way to cure them.
