When you're the only soul fishing on a mile long stretch of river, and the next bloke who comes along still has to set up practically on top of you

People who set up directly opposite you and then cast their lead so far into your side of the pool you pretty much get sprayed with water when it hits the surface

Canoeists who must be related to the bloke in my first hate. Theyve got a mile stretch of river with no anglers but decide your swim is the perfect place to practice their eskimo rolls

Escaped maggots in car + summer = flies coming from seemingly nowhere for days. Bitter experience this one!

Going to the tackle shop for some gear only to find it full of people talking about the one that got away and I can't get near the counter to get my stuff

Anglers who don't dip their nets, if you don't run about screaming Reynolds then you don't come under the catergory of "Kids"
