Default which hook

ive got a match coming up i want some advice on hook type its mainly silver fish skimmers and roach with a sprinkling of upto 2 llbs bream /tench/carp but the will be mainly catching skimmers alternating between pellet and pinkie any advice welcome

16-20 start of with 20 gradually changing to 16 as you are adding more bait

Tubertini 808 are a good choice for this time of year.

Could depend on whether it's rod and line or pole.
I've been using the Mustad Canal Seed, which comes in barbed and barbless variety. Think it's now called the Wide Gape Match. Can't fault it for silvers work where you may encounter an odd better fish.
I would probably use a Kamasan B510/520/911 if I was on rod and line though. The wire needs to be a little stronger if you don't have elastic as a shock absorber.
