If you have a digital camera most of these shoot video now and the quality is high enough for use on the internet - and if they record onto SD cards or something similar then you can take lots of 20 -30 second snippets and do a commentary as you go along - then just email them to me or post me the SD card (if you want I can even send you an SD card if you want or a USB stick) _ whatever is easiest to get the video content over to me then I can whack it on the site and you will be an instant star!
