Post Daiwa Exceller 16m pole

Any one out there own or know how this pole performs, (Daiwa Exceler Advanced 16m), Thinking about getting myself one this week, now that you can pick them up for £1000 pound with 3 match kits, 3 big bore power kits, and c/k. I would apprieciate any feed back from the forum.

I aint got one but have had a waggle and feel they are about mid way between the old whisker and spectron, for the money very good, compared to new/current 1k poles, better by a mile

Lovely light pole ideal for roaching. Its actually lighter than a Tourny but its all about balance.

It's not as good as spectron as carbon is lower grade, but is not far away.

if you can get hold of the old tournament S second hand you will have a pole which is as good as any of the modern daiwa equivalents,i have three all second hand and have landed carp to 15lb 10oz and 100 lb bags and it is not even rated as a carp pole
