i have 8 match kits and they all have elastic in them they have all different makes of a elastic from hydro to middy hi viz to garbolino. all the elastic are 5ft long all on winder bungs, all of them have Dacron to connect the floats. the elastic start from 6 to a 8 but no higher on my match kits. i have never use a top three as a top 2 my bro did and what happened was it snapped the top 2 in half and that was due to the elastic being to powerful for the top kit..i only use my top kits the way they should be used if it is a 12 elastic that's what i use, the same with match kits its a top three and it stays a top three but that's me...
