Has anyone had the chance to use one of these poles if so what did you think of it and was they as good as other poles in there price bracket and also if you could pick one up for £600 brand new (with 6 top kits, 2 half 4th's and a cupping kit) would you go for it???

No Mate My Point Is Thay Are Pants,but Thats My Point, If I Was Going To Spendthat Type Of Money I Would Spend It On Something Like, The Tdr 16mtr Pole Competition Rated 20 Elastic,ive Got One And I Picked Mine Of Ebay For £500 With A Short 4,cupping Kit And Extra Tops Only Weights 1365grams,brand New Is £730 Deliverd So No I Would Not Buy The Map Pole..all The Best And Tight Lines

Went out and had a proper look at this pole today and must say I was impressed by it... I'm gonna put a deposit on it monday to save it so hopefully it didn't go within the last hour today

good for you!! i use nothing but m.a.p poles for last 3 years.never had one fcuk up on me so far.really underated bits of kit i think.

I set it up on the market stall i'm buying it from today and I had a load of people having a look at it while I was doing it and they were all saying how impressed with it they were... But to be honest its the spares package that's swung it for me I mean how many other pole's come with 7 top kits, 2 short 4th's and a cupping kit for that money???

i have to agree mate.i was close to getting one last crimbo,but found a matchtek ultra 2 with 11 top kits and spares on ebay for 152 quid.just put new elastic on five of the kits,and will be adding a new cupping kit,and im set for a long time i hope. i hope you have a very prosperous time with your new pole. i bet your first fish is more than 3 ozs!!
