Haven't got one myself but know a bloke with one. Looks the biz and the swivel seat is great for fishing the margins or turning to face your feeder rod. Just seem a bit pricey, but on saying that this chap owns an airity so don't think money poses too much of a problem

The carbon look better but are £100 more but I would be worried about screwing an attatchment onto carbon just in case I went straight through it. Bit of a heavy handed fool you see!

I have the carbon one and its a great piece of kit. Very comfy seat and the trolley conversion is very good. I have the preston mega bait bag, double keepnet bag and 2 pole rollers and they fit nicely on the footplate. Dont worry about the attachement issue big g as the garbolino attachments use a clamp system and not a screw in type.

also i've seen a few places that sell the alloy for 100 more but you get a wheel kit, and the wheel kit alone is quite pricey i think. plus do you really like carrying your stuff?

Hi Smudger

The build quality is as good if not better that the preston on box that I used to have. Some people have said that the drawers are a bit plasticy but I dont have a problem with them at all. As for the weight I will be honest and say that it is quite heavy when you have everything loaded but then again what boxes arent heavy these days.

If you have any other questions just let me know.

I hate carrying my stuff full stop.

I've found the carbon one for £450 on the net and this includes the wheel kit so I think i will be aiming towards this one.

I really need to get out and sit on one I think

Mark,

out of interest do the octoplus attachments fit ? I have quite a lot and was thinking about adapting the screw thread so as not to damage the leg or would you just advise the garbolino attachments ?

Thanks,
