Shakespeare mach 3 10ft feeder and 11ft float. Both cost about £60 each so wont break the bank. Both fit my hardcase rod carrier although thay come in their own padded holdall. The action is superb and they are thin and light but loads of backbone. Try them out you wont be disappointed. Knock the preston ones into next week and half the price to boot.

Default mini rods

hiya mate, i've got the preston carbonactive 10' carp feeder and 11' 2 piece pellet waggler and can honestly say they are brilliant. i've had double figure carp on both and they are a pleasure to use. i know they are about £125 each but i think worth every penny and are a very popular choice with the lads at woodlands. craig

Just got the Drennan series 7 10ft carp puddle chucker feeder, comes in a carry case - well nice bit of kit.

Where is most of the action in these rods is it in the middle or the top? I like the shakey rods. My 12ft feeder and 13ft float are shakeys.

Never tried these, but heard the action is in the middle and prone to hook pulls.Small rods should really have the action at the top.
