Default Elbow pad for pole fishing

Anyone on here use an elbow pad while pole fishing (you know one of those lycra things) - if so is there an angling specific one or is it just something from the sports shop.

i have recently been looking for one of these myself its ok fishing long in the winter when you have 3 or 4 layers over your elbow, but for the summer it kills me! i dont think there are any angling specific ones about, but i know someone who uses a paintballing elbow protector, these are loaded with padding

They look the biz,i did use to use a similar 1 when fishing super long,as i found my forearm use to go numb from taking all the pressure/weight of the pole.

you can get a forarm pad from any martial arts shop, there about £6.00 for the pair, and come in white, black, blue and red, so you could get them to match your luggage for those people who are a bit more concerned!
