just wondered if anybody could give me advice on fishing paste, what do you feed, i;ve been on that atomic paste with good results just flicking a bit of that in

i dont feed a single thing when i paste fish.(there are occasions obviously)

i use my paste so its dripping of the hook.every time a fish tries to swollow the paste it just shoots back out of the gills.giving a nice bloom in the area around where im fishing.

evry time you catch a fish it stirs the bait up again.


pellet is a good feed bait with paste but the fish can get preoccupied with it.

also hemp is proberbly the best feed bait but the fish realy do get there heads down looking for it, again getting them preoccupied with it.
