Default Map Tks 40

Hi All,

It's time to upgrade my Garbolino zero tolerance and im looking at the new map range. Has anybody fished or handled the new TKS 40 yet ?

One of the main reasons I like the look of this pole is the spares package is so good and at £699 is there anything out there that can match the cost and package it comes with.

Im not budgeted to £699 but I have read really good reviews on the pole but not found any reviews from a genuine unsponsored angler hence the questions. Also it seems quite hard to find a shop in the midlands who have one in stock as they flew off the shelves ??? Is this because they are that good or simply not that many were put out for sale ?

Thanks in advance for any advice

I've fished all day with it at 13 and 14.5 mtrs, balance is very good and its as stiff as a poker with reaction on the strike immediate.

Package spares are also good 3 match and 3 power along with a cupping kit. spare top kits being £29.99 and £39.99 wont break the bank either.

Oh, and i put it up against quite a few of the price runners of that range and still chose the map, i do not work for them or sponsored by them.

What is it like at 16m ? does it lose the top end a lot or would you say its fishable.

Also has any1 got the adrenalin ? I was wondering what that was like as that has a good spares package too ?

Saw a young man buying this pole today, Map - TKS10 13M Pole, said his friend had one and it was brilliant, only cost £199, any ideas on this pole ?

Not fished it at 16m yet smudger so cant comment.

TKS 10 is a good buy but as with all poles its a good idea to compare it to other poles on the market of equal price.
