Hi. Any body recommend a 10-11 ft 2 piece rod for about £40 i can leave set up with 4lb mainline and waggler for quick after work sessions.

Garbolino Knock out 10' waggler, approx £26 from any Garbolino stockist. Match anglers are snapping them up for the pellet waggler so if they can handle carp they'll be ok for most situations. I've got one and they tick all the boxes but have yet to use it in anger.

the shakespeare mach3 11ft micro is an awsome rod but doesn't quite fit your price bracket its £72 but well worth the money ive had carp up to 15lb on it superb through action.
