Default 9ft feeder rod

I'm wanting a feeder rod of 9ft in length that will handle carp up to 10lb. Line sizes are generally 8lb mainline so the rod strength and ring sizes need to accomodate this.

Any ideas on what to look at or does anyone have one for sale?

Just getting some ideas for now. Cheers
