hello, i,m wanting to purchase a pole, i go fishing for silvers, what would be the best 14 to 16m pole to buy. i,m asking the question cos theres to many to choose from, i need to make the correct choice. cheers.

I bought a leeda pwerhouse [13m[ last week, i have used it 5 times and it is a god pole,its light,stiff and comes with 2 spare top two,s and it was just over £100

Depends on your budget really

I had the same dilemma and stumbled on the MAP carptek 14.5m i have fished at 11m and it was great in awful conditions. With the right elastic will handle 10lb + carp as I found out, I can't say its the best but it was good value at 200 quid with an extra top kit, making 3 in all, thrown in, good luck in your quest
