fletch is on a distinguished road
Default Evening knockup series - Grantham Canal at Cotgrave.

Now that its getting lighter - who'd be up for a 2.5 hour evening scramble on the Grantham canal at Cotgrave on Thursdays through May? Lots of quality rudd, roach, big perch and tench. Fish 5.30 - 8. Its quite unique - an overgrown but fishable disused canal with an excellent new tow-path and car parking. No cost except a day ticket for Notts Anglers or £3.50 on the bank (if collected) + a fiver pools.
