This is a match for all ACTIVE members of TA to compete against angler's from the other internet sites & each other as an individual in a finale to the intersite series .
Eligible to all active poster's on the sites not just Intersite team angler's

This year the pools will be considerably reduced & largely replaced with trophies/ medals in keeping with the orginal spirit of the intersite series rather than an oppurtunity for a big payout. Although I have very few details I believe the match will be run by Nigel with the usual excellant Barbie afterwards. More details to follow as they become available.

All entries for TA anglers must be made via this thread. I will be contacting Nigel to ask him under no circumstances to accept entry from any angler to himself.

Nigel Harrhy has said we could have Barston for the Intersite Individual again this year and has come back with September 2nd as the date.
Format for this match are as follows:
90 pegs
£15 per man will cover pegs/BBQ & Trophies.
£5 per man will be pools money and it will be spread about.
Draw 9.30
Fish 11.00-4.00
You DO NOT need to have fished any of the other legs to qualify...just put your names down.(although preference will be given to those that have if we`re over subscribed) We will however be watching out for Ringers (although I doubt they`ll turn up with no large amounts of cash on offer) CAN ALL SITES PLEASE ENSURE THAT ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY FISH THIS. Last year we had a few locals creep in and took the top spots.
What I want is £20 per man to cover the pegs/BBQ/pools & trophies costs to be paid by 19th August.
Could each site choose someone to collect the money then send it to me NO LATER than August 19th
Payment details will be provided when asked for via PM or e-mail by each sites` delegate.

I was pegged in the 80's two years ago on the Intersite, and slutched my section
I'll think I will try some lower numbers and make it more of a challenge

Whilst the first post says you can now pay on the day all anglers fishing have to first book in with their forum, this will stop the ringers cashing in as they did last year.
By having confirmed entries will help with the organising the sections and pool prizes.

I shall be having a ride over during the week, it was fishing ok according to Nigel, We have had some fairly heavy rain the last couple of days which might just of changed it a bit. it will still be two lines of attack pole and method feeder. Some of the TA lads from up Wigan way fished it at the begining of the month and a good 50lb won it mainly carp down the edge. I think Liquidized and MelBBS are going to have a session on Wednesday if thats still the case I will pop over then.

I have been asked today to cover at the shop, the owners wife goes in for an op on Wednesday
We'll have to fish it blind again on Saturday
