I'm not saying Malc's often late for matches but i'd ring him again on the 23rd and again on the 24th ( he'll probably be somewhere between Wales and Rolfs asleep in his car) Then ring him again as you do the draw and again as the all-in sounds.

He'll probably arrive just before the rain chucks it down and the gale starts.
