yes i was still there and sadly i didnt tempt any beasties, but what i will say that if u want to fish a natural venue where u just dont know what you might catch next, then fish this place. ive had roach to 10oz, rudd to 12oz, skimmers to 12oz, roach bream hybrids, rudd bream hybrids, gudgeon(just for si-me), perch to 12oz and a solitary ruffe. had about 6 to 8lb in total, which werent bad going. had a pike on twice which slowed my catch rate down quite a bit, guys fishing there today all caught tench and big bream, even tho i didnt and stayed on maggot and caster all day,cant wait for the match on bank holiday monday.

nb. tk, no u aint converted me to a cut angler just yet. im swaying tho..lol
