Leetwin,
The best way to learn is to sit behind someone who knows what they are doing and watch what they do. None of it is rocket science but sometimes its just a case of learning a particular technique, in particularly how to feed. Obviously you will need to put your learning into practice but if you take time out and watch what others do you can improve dramatically in a short space of time.
