What about one of the venues that has disclosed whats going on and still doing 50lb plus silver fish results and high turnouts and it is in the middle of the country. Support them when there down thats what i say, took my lad for a pleasure day and had a ball catching plenty

Brian,i dont know about manor farm, but i certainly have not heard of trenches or fish deaths at tunnel barm.I have been their every week through the summer.I admit the fishing has been a bit harder as the match boys will admit, but most venues including my own canals have switched off the last 4-6 weeks. Is it all the rain we had?no one seems to know.Maybe some members of this site can throw some light on the venues mentioned.Dont know about manor farm, but i know swainy fishes regularly at tbf maybe he can give us some info.
thanks
cornerstone.

was at manor farm yesterday had a word with john bird and he has no fish deaths there all the pools are fishing well the only problem he had was when we had the floods all the pools became one big lake and all the leaves and debris then sunk to the bottom sent the oxygen levels down and he lost a few fish but word got around that he got the carp disease which he said is a load of b-----s so he has no problem
