Not sure that that is now true with all the fish that escaped from commercials, a 26lb grass carp was recently caught from the Severn wonder where that come from
A nice idea GH but I wonder how may would want to fish a river our last attempt had 3 maybe 4 names on the list, would it be in flood and us end up fishing a KHV infected carp water, cant remember other than Huxleys there being to many venues with a cafe for both the before and after match activities.

What about Woodland View thats a well run fishery, nice cafe, admittedly the fishings pricey but the facilities are second to none and theres a good on site tackle shop too... Plus your normally guaranteed a few bites as well... Plus its easy to get too not far from junction 4 of the M5.. And also it aint a fishery thats mentioned to often on here so it'd be something different... anyway just a thought

The venue hasn't been confirmed yet. There is a firm path on one side of the main pool at Barston and a driveway on the other.I'm sure disability should not deny you entry, but you may need assistance to your peg. I don't think there are any designated/purpose built pegs there.Brian G will confirm details of the F&F in due course.
