We are going to have both front and back lakes, draw at 8.30am. Will pay 1st and 2nd on each lake. Definate yes or no up to the date to be honest... the venue can hold 30 comfortably so unless we get more than that which is unlikely then you are free just to turn up on the day providing you have put your name down as interested on this thread.

It is a silver fish match.... what makes you think that it isnt??

Nobody is going to win a carrot if they fish for carp!

In your first post it says "There are odd massive carp and tench for those that want to sit for them" May be me that's mis-read it but thought it implied that carp would count.

I don't see why carp wouldn't count - trust me there are not enough in there for anyone to win on carp - you are looking for 20lb+ of silvers to win and we have never seen more than one carp caught in a match there.... and why would anyone sit there for one bite when you can get a bite a chuck from nice sized roach!
