Not disputing you can catch all over the lake as we did in the Y/F match but on the day last week when I went through to check on the Cafe and pub. It was a typical winters day, there were six people fishing all up the top end 15,16.17.18.20,21,ish where it was relativly calm (out of the wind)down the car park end it was like fishing the north sea where presentation of bait would be very hard, at least if you were side by side the conditions would be near enough the same for both anglers.

To make it simple (its not like there is money on the team thing) - why dont we just have alternate pegs and do total weight.... looks like we will get proper battered anyway as most of our anglers have never even seen the place!

would not worry to much only 4 of our side have been there.it was the Y/F site that fished there earlier this year, this will probably be the freindliest match you wil have ever fished in.
