2 miles past rolfs is junction 8 a of the M40 its off the main motorway on a big roundabout so cannot be missed. breaky is expensive but beggars can't be choosers. i will be there at 8am with firstpeg. at the other end of the road going back into oxford is a mcdonalds which i believe serve something akin to a breaky
but cheaper.

Guys it may not appeal to all and I dont want to put a spanner in the works with arangements, but there is a little thief 8 miles from Rolfs its in Thame and 10 minute from the venue it opens at 7am and isnt a busy one you can get in and out quite quick. its about 6 minutes from the services.

its expensive we all know that, its best part of a tenner but its another oiption for those seeking food before the off

this link should help with directions and show you where it is

from:B4011/Thame Rd @51.756703, -0.980274 to:Unknown road @51.756808, -0.979905 to:51.750375,-1.107388 - Google Maps

A = the little chef C = Rolfs dont ask me what happened to B

If anyone wants an interactive map from the Services to Rolfs just shout I will post that too.

Good weights Pete considering the conditions and a nice write up

how does all the water get in ? surely not from the surrounding land, and I bet they had fun on the carp park bank with them half sunken trees almost fully submerged

Pete on your chart of pegs and weights peg 32 appears twice

Cheers Justin, now amended.

There's a stream that runs from behind peg 40 round to peg 18, you'll see on the day, when it bursts it's banks it floods the lake and surrounding land.

having just received several pm,s regards the length of the match i am asking if there is anyone who would object to the match being 6 hrs long instead of 5. that's 11 to 5. if there's anyone who needs to get away then we could arrange to weigh them in first .

Have the rules changed, pretty sure that the length of matches was 5 hours max.
