Here you are Fred, a map of the site its the pool which is alongside the 16th fairway at the top end of the complex, car parking is adjacent to the pool, so no long walks are involved.

I am halfway there Fred at least I have seen it, it looks a reasonably fair venue, with all pegs having the central island to fish to, pole will be the only tool you will need, bait list will be pellet, corn, maggot (pinkie if a bad November ) again most pegs have a lily pad on the inside line. I will try and get some form info off Nigel nearer to the date.
