TK. took me too see the venue saturday and what a cracker it is. note bring your feeder rod there,s three pegs as wide as the trent with a sign saying BIG BREAM LIVE HERE. not to be missed. as for the rest wide and true with no boats in sight and a boozer at the end of the stretch. loads of trees opposite with branches sitting in the water. as much as i hate saying this , roll on october. thank you tony, teapots boys will stuff you

Nice to meet you yesterday Ian - hope the day wasn't too bad for you despite the Cashmores Curse kicking five minutes after the off - ie 13 boats in the first hour

The cut for the team match will be a tad more picturesque come Oct when hopefully there will still be a few leaves on the trees and a bit of colour left in those sedges.

As for Teepots boys stuffing us, well we will see.............I only had 3 men out yesterday being as you were on a spying mission, and I dont count, I'll probably be a bank runner on the day
