Lee some of the lads are doing a trip of around 140 miles for this match, which will mean a 6-00 am or earlier start for them as it is. I know 15 mins sounds nothing but it has been pulled forward by 30 mins. that should give us an hour to weigh in, The drive up to the pool is a couple of mins max I reckon an hour is all we shall need.

Thumbs up

Can we have draw as soon as every one has arrived, as i cannot imagine drawing at nine, getting to car park, unloading, getting to peg and then start fishing for ten, us older gentlemen need more time. can we start at 10.15. cheers

I will make the draw at 9-00am prompt if by any chance eveyone is there and had their brekky etc earlier than that, then it will be done earlier, but you can bet someone will be late, because the alarm did not go off, there was an accident, their satnav sent them the wrong way etc.
I reckon that an hour is ample unless you are insisting on making new rigs on the bank, starting later finishing earlier was always an option but cuts down on the length of match. My club matches on a water that offers the same sort of walk etc has an hour from draw to start and seems plenty long enough. and we have a few old boys in our club to boot.

Takes me half an hour just to decide which rigs to use then I usually find I get it wrong. Mind you most of the time its because the length written on the winder was correct when the rig was made up but has been used a few times and shortened so a 7' rig tends to be 3'

Will see you all at brekkie, any information on depths and tactics would be useful as I have never even seen the place.

You will be busy then making another rig John give you a tip make them to cover a depth of 7 foot, I think it may just have a drop more water in since your last visit.
