Default Trolley

Hi Brian,

Do we need to pack the trolley for this venue at Barston or are the pegs near car park.

Trolleys are not required there is plenty of parking adjacent to the Match Pool
We will make the draw in the comfort of the Spike Bar where breakfasts are available from 7-00 am and then make our way up to the match pool.

Thanks Brian,

No trolley means more room for some more gear.

Cheers mate really looking forward to meeting up for the first time with the T/A boys

Never seen the match pool before so went for a look round with Markc today. Pegs 1 to 5 back on to the car park so no trolley required for these, although if you draw 10 to 20 then I would use a trolley.
The pegs on the far side run adjacent to the golf course fairway so bring a hard hat.
Apart from that, it looks ok, reminded my a bit of Heronbrook (Meadow) so Scatty will love it.

Royst, I was there about 9.30, a chap was fishing in about peg 12. He had only caught a couple when i spoke to him, I just wondered if he had caught a few more when you had got there.

rive t,yes he had caught a few carp up to about 4lb. He had also had a few cans of Grolsh by this time too. We were there about 1pm, followed by a quick pint in the clubhouse.
