Stafford moor would be ideal. Sleep 5 per lodge, 3 opens plus 3 day TA festival. However a lodge would be at least £1k ish dependant on time of year.

Chief I think a good starting point would be outside the school summer holidays bookings will be easier and of course a lot cheaper

You could all come to Ireland with me and the other 250 that go... If we got it arranged early enough then we could book the chalets at the Killyhevlin hotel - it is a brilliant week.

It is normally the second / third week in May.
