There are 15 definate pairs on this so far and quite a few more interested so looks like it will end up as quite a big series.

As a matter of interest a match at willowgarth was won with 47Lb of silvers last week with several 30lb + weights - not bad weights without carps!

Matches at Highfields have not been so prolific

Those last few places should go once the AT WL has finished and people decide what there going to do through the winter.

Baz, I don't think that Highfields will be big weights but there are plenty of fish to go at and more importantly everyone will catch fish.

Think you are right once the AT finishes then there will be more people getting their names on the list.

Have you seen Kev? Is he back yet?

Yes he's back helped move him in at the start of the month.

I think the results I heard they'd sat it out out for carp, I know there are plenty of silver fish in there seen them getting caught so should be fine.

Forgot to add his first time back in the team is this week on the Stainy.

Hope he draws up in the 60's, you had a taste of that section didn't you Simon

Yes I wouldn't want to be up in the 60's but mind you the fish could be sitting anywhere on that length matey!

I think you will be surprised at the quality of the fishing on Highfields - of course if you want some tips before we go on it arrange a day and we can go for a practice, as you know I only live about 300 yards from it and I love fishing on there.

As for the numbers, poped in the shop today and Paul says there are now 20 pairs and growing so its turning into a nice match!

Yes but they may accidentally place him there to teach him a lesson.... where is he anyway on here has he not got electric in his new house up here yet or had to sell his puter to by a motor?
