Hi Simon,

How many names do you have?

Are you still going to run the other silverfish match from October?

Right we have decided the final format for these matches -

Two lakes, 20 pairs.... if we get more than 20 pairs then we will add another lake.

As it stands the venues are Willowgarth and Highfields pond.

One angler from each pair on each lake. Points then weight will decide the league.

On willowgarth NO BLOODWORM
On Highfields - 1/2 KILO LIMIT on Bloodworm.

If one of your pair likes fishing worm then you can place that angler on Highfields every match. I will be totally honest - I have fished Highfields ALOT and in winter if it is really really cold then you will need a bit of joker just to get the fish interested - it is NOT a case of needing to fish blood or joker on the hook - once you have fed a little joker you can fish maggot, caster, worm etc over the top and catch loads of fish....

So if you are interested please let me know if you definately want to fish - if you havent got a partner and want to fish then post your names up and ask for a partner as I am sure someone off the site will join you and its a good opportunity to get to know more anglers in the area.

Right, I am starting to take names for this now, you can put your pair on this thread or you can pop into Doncaster Fishing Centre and put your name on the list with Paul Yates.
