Cant see one Geoff, if you are struggling try this

1 You need to load the picture to the web to give it a http address
Try using Free Image and Video Hosting - Photo Image Hosting Site : Photobucket.com

2 When loading to the web look to reduce the size of picture. I normally use Email/website size 320 x 240

3 Now you are ready to load to the site, open up a new thread or reply to a thread. with the curser in the reply box click on the insert image tool this is it

4 In the pop up box paste the http address for the picture you want to insert easily done from photobox or by right clicking on an image, selecting properties and the copying the address remember it must have a http address.

5 select ok the image addres is then pasted to your post.

6 You can now preview you post and see if it appears as you want it

That should be job done but if not shout up and we will help.
