Question Firefox

Is anybody having problems with it keep shutting down? mine keeps doing it and it's getting annoying now I've scanned with everything and nothing can be found, so am wondering if it is firefox

I have Firefox installed and have no probs with it ( touch wood ) try reloading it again as this might cure the problem.

I would uninstall and then put the latest version on - either that or go back to IE7

Next time it happens right-click My Computer, Manage, expand the Event Viewer and look in the Application and System logs. Do a right-click, Properties on errors that occured at that time and it might shed some light on what is causing the problem. Or if you live near Oxford, drop me a PM and I'll come take a look

i cant even get firefox to run just wont appear...gone back to ie7

still happening it just says firefox has crashed What is 'virtual memory'? it seems to happen more when i get a warning saying i am running out of 'virtual memory'

Buy some more RAM or upgrade to a system with a better spec or stop all those applications running at the same time. Take a computer course for complete beginners.
