Has anyone fished it lately?i have a match there soon it could be either silver or match lake so if anybody knows whats what for both lakes ie rigs depth etc

If its the match lake then its pretty much pellet and paste.

Be prepared to feed a lot otherwise the fish will go. Fish to any sort of features and use strong gear (0.16 minimum).

Up in the water at 13m+ works too.

Silver lake is a gold mine and stuffed with fish. Depths range from a foot to about 8ft on the dam wall. Pellet corn worm and paste all have there day. Although it is called a silver lake there are plenty of carp in there as well as big bream and tench along side some quality rudd and barbel.
