It got loads off small carp from 4oz up to 2lb bream and ide if thats how its spelt. fish chopped worm and caster to the far bank and half way across its about 5 feet deep but you will alway catch if you fish shallow as you walk across the bridge the right hand side always seems to fish better about halfway down but i always like to draw the bottom pegs. Don't forget to take some maggot and pinkies because these also will produce fish. I hope this helps

Pleasure fished the lake quite a few times, always had plenty fish, especially on pole up to far bank.Mainly small carp on almost any bait, but usually found meat best bet.
Only fished one match on here and found same as many others I'm led to believe.Thats when the lake gets full fish go into hiding.
Would certainly do as geoff says and take some maggots.
However good luck hope it works for you.
