Holly Farm is a good lookin venue with good banks and easy to find. Trotters is the middle of the 3 lakes with an island running most of its length. This is around 16m in places but not reachable with a standard pole in most places. Carp, tench, skimmers and good roach will take what you throw at it. Although the fishery does a good feed pellet it is always worth having a seperate line without them. Pellets corn meat paste maggot all work on there day and its more a case of finding what they want on the day. Depths on the pole line tend to be between 4 and 7ft with shelves close to the margins if thats your fancy.

The candle or small method over to the island can be deadly during the warmer months but the waggler and pole all have there day.

Hope this helps
