Of to Lakeview Melton Mowbry fishing Serpent lake at the weekend anyone got any info on what's occuring. One thing for sure the breakfast will be a goodun.

Lake view up date.

Fished 6hr match on Saturday (serpent lake) drew peg 4 cracking peg as no one in peg3, wind in me clock all day, pegs very close together though, I hit a 5lb 10oz carp first put in tight to the island on worm, fed chopped caster and worm. I must add the activity died from there on with very little being caught all around the lake. Top weight on the day was 24lb my weight was 10lb 10oz for three carp. So the problem, we had 24 anglers on a 25 pegger, so no chance of big weight. The talk on the bank was anything goes bait wise ??. Ah well will have to try harder next time.
