Default Horbury Canal
Got a winter league on the Horbury canal near Wakefield this weekend - anyone got any idea what its like and what to expect?

Well Xman.... how did you get on then?

Must have been a fluke.. I managed to win my section with about 200 roach for 6lb 7oz, Sandra ran me close though 2 pegs up with 6lb 5oz!

Had a nightmare...as you know,beat all to my left and none to my right.Fished it completely wrong,thought it was going to be a small fish sprint from where I was,but the fish hadn,t read the script.
Worse was to come however as I had to pay Gracie a quid after YOU drew him a flyer......Still I suppose I deserve it.
