Default Hill View lakes at Twyning, Tewkesbury

Going on a Sales Conference at Puckrup Hall, Twyning, in June. It is within500YDS of Hill View lakes. So was Just wondering if anyone has fished there and if it is any good?

What baits and tactics are best etc?

I would intend to pole fish and three others would take part in big carp fishing.

Any advise would be appreciated?

Wink A Great Holiday

We have just come home from having a week at Hillview lakes, a truly fantastic holiday, the cabins are well appointed, spacious, the owner has not stinted on the fixtures and fittings, the fishing was excellent with individual ‘swims’ and decking, I found that the best time to fish was from 5 o’clock ‘til 8 o’clock in the evening with average catch’s of 8 to 10 carp, same again with bream and the odd occasional greedy roach.
