Had a contest on folly pool 2 weeks ago, peg 4 (i think) lost 4 fish in the roots of a tree, think they where barbel,fishing down the margins.peg 8 came second fishing pellet waggler about half way out or castor shallow,he weighed in 70 odd pound the winner had 79 pound fishing by some weeds and in some cases in them, can not remember the peg no,s he was on the left hand side about 4 pegs far the far end,feeding chopped worm and worm on the hook,in the end i did the same and dragged the fish out of the reeds, they were about 1-2Ib,I lost a good one fishing castor shallow on the waggler.
