Default Drayton Reservoir.

Im off to Drayton on Sunday and was wondering if any one has fished there recently and what are the best methods etc at the moment.

I've never fished it before but heard there are some big fish in there so i expect to take a lot of bait and a trolley as I've heard its a long walk too

Hi mate,

If your on the dam there is no walk, but all the others can be long, but sound on proper walkway.
Lots of fish up in the water at the moment. So you can fish floaters and a controller , splosher and pellet ( my fave) or the bagging wag. You can still catch on the method too, but not as well as the other methods. try the BW website I think they have the bailiffs mobile on it, chat to him.
Cheers...Mark
