moonshine, we fished the sandpiper on sunday(20th july) winning method worm down the edge. huge things about 12lb each! 96lb won the match and he lost 6 carp that he could not stop!!!! other methods are hair rigged meat on feeder towards the islands. if not on an island throw about 25 yards into open water.use meat put through a maggot riddle in a cage feeder with a 6 to 8 inch hooklength. use 0.22 line and red hydro on a margin pole with the rest of your pole ready to put together sharpish! they really do motor off mate! hope this helps a bit.
