Monty... looked from the fisho that what you wanted was chop and caster. Fish at 13M+ and keep potting small amounts of chop and caster in a little crumb...

Also fish down the edge with chop and caster.

You could also try a small method feeder to the island.

Well the best advice I can give you is to keep working your bait and lifting and dropping + dragging slowly side to side... dont go mad feeding too much, just feel your way into it and see how the fish respond.

I came third with 35-3-0 second was 35-10-0 and 40-0 won it, had a two pound chub jump out of my landing net lol which cost me second. fiished method to the island and chop worm at 13 metres, it was so windy it was really hard. Enjoyed the day though and its a cracking venue. was on peg 21
