Smile border match lake

Hi guys need some info on fishing the match lake please we fish a 25peg match on sat 23rd aug app 9am-2pm think we are on car park to the left if poss any info on bait method feeding patterns etc Thanks Tessie1 not fished it for 4years?

fished it sunday pellet waggler or on the bomb with hard pellet and paste wrapped round it the carp came in the margins last hour our match was won with 96lb, 95lb was second and i was third with 50 odd

if they still allow it fish popped up bread to the islands peg s 14, 15, 16 flyers on this method if u draw peg 10 feed heavy tight to the boards on your left about 2ft from the bank u will see them move in keep the bait going in their feed pellet meat or corn on the hook.

Thanks Growler will try ure tactics and let u know just ope the weather is a bit kinder we are going in a coach so we can always drown our sorrows in pub later if its a bad day Thanks Tessie1

Thanks Andy will try those tactics we are in a coach on sat so if weather is bad we can alwas drown our sorrows any advice what is the best paste? we use a lot of swim stim probably need a different paste? Thanks Tessie1
